Ingredients

250gcherry tomatoes
or larger vine tomatoes, remove the wet interior/seeds if using larger tomatoes
2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
1 tspbalsamic vinegar
1 clovegarlic
finely minced, taste after 1 clove and add more if you wish
3 Tbspfresh basil
julienned
flaky sea salt
to taste
freshly cracked black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the tomatoes and add those along with all other ingredients into a small bowl. Mix everything together and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes before using.
Step 2
Can be stored, sealed, in fridge for up to one day before using.
