Instructions

Step 1
Melt chocolate in medium-low heat and then let cool down to room temperature

Melt butter in a pot or pan. Heat, while whisking, for 5 min or until the butter froths, starts to turn brown and smell nutty. Remove from heat and continue whisking while the process continues to avoid burn.

Mix together the wheat flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Into the egg-sugar mousse, gently stir in the butter and chocolate. And finally, sieve in the dry ingredients.
Step 6
Set the oven to heat to 200 °C. Take an oven tray and grease it and then pour the batter into it. Push pieces of chocolate and cookies down into the batter to bring liveliness into the experience.

Bake the cake on the bottom of the oven for about 15 minutes. The cake must be left moist. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
