Mustard Gravy
2T butter
1T prepared mustard
Remove pan from heat.
3T flour
Mix together in frying pan or pot. The texture is like a paste.
Slowly add the broth from the corned beef. Stir together do there’s no lumps.
Broth can range from 1 cup +.
It depends on the quantity of flour used or how much broth was used.
If too thick, add more broth.
If too thin, mix flour and broth. Add to gravy to thicken it.
