Muffin
1 ¾ cupflour
1 ½ tspbaking powder
½ tspsalt
½ tspnutmeg
¼ tspcinnamon
⅓ cupoil
¾ cupwhite sugar
1egg
¾ cupmilk
Cinnamon Topping
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutneg and cinnamon
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, egg, and milk
Step 3
Add liquid ingredients to dry and stir only to combine
Step 4
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes
Step 5
Shake muffins out and immediately dip into melted butter, then cinnamon sugar
