Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Combine the pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl and toss to combine. Spread the mixture over the prepared baking sheet in an even layer (set the bowl aside—no need to clean it). Bake, stirring every 5 minutes, until the nuts are toasted and the mixture is mostly dry, about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture back to the bowl and let cool completely, tossing every few minutes, for about 10 minutes. Stir in the cranberries.
Step 4
Store the trail mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
