Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into thin strips and place into a food bag/zip lock bag
Step 2
Add the pul biber, thyme, cumin, garlic granules, lemon and orange juice and zest and olive oil into the bag. Place the lemon and orange into the bag.
Step 3
Marinate ideally overnight or as long as needed
Step 4
Cook over direct heat (ideally on bbq) until the outer is golden and crispy
