Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, put garlic, lemon juice, yogurt and apple cider vinegar.

Add white pepper, chili powder, ginger, salt and tomato paste, Add the chicken cubes to the mixture and mix the ingredients until they overlap.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight until the chicken absorbs the seasoning.
Step 4
The next day, put chicken cubes, tomato cubes, and bell pepper on wooden skewers.
Step 5
Grill the shish tawook over the charcoal and make sure to flip it until it's cooked from all sides.
Step 6
Serve it in a plate, pita bread with toum paste, French fries and pickles
