Instructions
Step 1
Pour the milk and melted butter in a bowl. Add the sugar and sprinkle the yeast on. DO NOT MIX IT. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the flour and mix.
Step 3
Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Step 4
Sprinkle flour on a surface and roll into a big rectangle.
Step 5
Spread the butter and sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon on and roll into a long sausage shape. Cut into slices and place in a baking tray. Rest for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
