Instructions
Step 1

Mix warm milk, water and yeast together. In the mixing bowl, add in the rest of the ingredients and add in warm milk. Mix together. In the stand mixer, mix for around 5 minutes. Proof for 60-90 minutes.
Step 2

Separate into 6 small doughs. Roll them to the round shape and rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3

With the rolling pin, roll the dough into 3-4 mm thick and brush the garlic butter on. Add in a mound of cheese.
Step 4

Boundle it up and seal it. Roll out to 6-7 mm thick.
Step 5

In the skillet, pan fry till golden brown.
Step 6

Brush garlic butter and garnish with chopped coriander.
