Preheat oven to 180C

Separate egg yolks from egg whites.

In a large bowl whip the egg whites until frothy and little by little start adding the sugar and beat until stiff peaks.

Then add the egg yolks one at a time and vanilla paste, without ceasing to beat.

Add sifted flour and fold until incorporated.

Transfer batter to the baking tray(30cm*35cm), lined with parchment and spread into an even layer.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is springy and the edges are slightly brown.

Remove from oven. Carefully invert the warm cake onto a piece of parchment.

Peel off the parchment and roll up the warm cake in the clean parchment. Let rolled cake cool completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling, In a large bowl whisk together the double cream, icing sugar and cream cheese.

Unroll the cake and spread Nutella on top of it. Then add 2/3 of the cream and spread evenly.

Line 2 bananas on the nearer side, roll the cake up gently and cover with the remaining cream.

Melt the chocolate and add oil. Mix well. Drizzle the chocolate glaze on top of the cake roll and put the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours before slicing.
