Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, cream together the brown sugar, white sugar and softened butter until fluffy, smooth and light in color.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually stir in your dry ingredients into the butter mixture.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and mini mochi.

Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Step 7
To create the frogs, roll out one large ball for the face and two smaller balls for the eyes. Arrange them so that they look like Mickey Mouse.
Step 8
You can also use a spoon or ice cream scoop to portion out individual cookies.
Step 9
Bake for 10-12 minutes (less time, the softer the cookie).
Step 10
Let the cookies cool for 10 mins before enjoying.
