Instructions
Step 1
Scald milk (make hot)
Step 2
Add warm water to scalded milk
Step 3
Add salt, sugar, oil, and half flour, and yeast
Step 4
Mix well and work in at least half of remaining flour in gradually
Step 5
Put on counter and add more flour, knead dough but not too much
Step 6
Clean out bowl, grease with oil and put dough in the bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise until it reaches top of bowl.
Step 7
Use right away or refrigerate and use within 24 hours, or freeze
