Grate your carrots and nuts. Beat eggs.

Instructions

Step 1
Beat oil and suger. Seperatelt sift dry ingredients. Add half to oil and suger mixture. Mix well.
Step 2
And remaining dry ingredients, alternating with beaten eggs.
Step 3
Add grated carrots and nuts, mix well.
Step 4
Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
Step 5
Mix Icing ingredients. Pour over the cooled carrot Cake.
