Rob's Airfryer Small Roast Potatoes
2 potatoes = 350-400g
I cooked enough for 4 people (so 4 potatoes) at a time and then froze half before it went in oven.
If you are cooking from frozen cook for 15mins at 195c.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into smallish cubes (about the width of my thumb wide). This meant slicing medium potatoes into thirds and then thirds again.
Step 2
Put in cold water and cook for 12 minutes until you can put in a fork
Step 3
Drain and then shake in the pan with three tosses, so you just see the edges fluffing. Mix the oil and all the herbs/garlic/salt and then pour over the potatoes. Toss the potatoes again 5 times.
Step 4
At this point I put half onto cling film and freeze for next time.
Step 5
Put the potatoes (those not set aside) into preheated airfryer for 20mins on the French fries setting (195c). Shake half way.
