Instructions

Step 1
Place potatoes in medium saucepan with enough salted water to cover
Step 2
Bring to boil, cook until just tender, 5 to 6 mins
Step 3
Add green beans to pot with potatoes, cook 1 to 2 mins until crisp tender
Step 4
Drain; rinse with cold water

Make dressing

Step 5
In medium bowl whisk to combine ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, vinegar, and a pinch of salt & pepper
Step 6
Toss potatoes and beans with dressing, stirring and slightly mashing potatoes, until combined
Step 7
Chill in freezer for 10 mins
Step 8
Remove from freezer, stir in chives
