This is my Rib Rub, usually used for pork chicken and like things. Each serving makes 8oz of rub. By default the recipe makes 3 32oz containers For Brisket or other thicker meats: Mix this with (by volume) 1/6th salt 1/6th pepper and 2/3rds Rib Rub. You can go up to 1/4th salt / pepper 1/2 Rib Rub, depending on preference.

Step 1
Weigh and mix everything together. DO NOT ROUND! Make sure brown sugar is broken up and seal in air tight containers. Leave in a dark place for maximum shelf life.
