Instructions
Step 1
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl
Step 2
Place pork chops in a large ziploc bag
Step 3
Place in fridge for a few hours or overnight
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 5
Place chops in large piece of aluminum foil and loosely close, leaving a little open to vent
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°
Step 7
Remove and rest for a few minutes
Step 8
*You can reserve the remaining marinade as a finishing sauce; place in a small sauce pan and bring to boil to kill any bacteria*
