Instructions

Step 1
Slice breasts into strips and let marinate for as long as you wish, the longer the better
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 4
Chop veggies into cubes (1 sweet potato, 2 baby broccoli bunches, 1/2 red onion)
Step 5
Place veggies on the baking sheet, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder
Step 6
Place marinated chicken strips on top
Step 7
Once oven is at 350F, bake for 30-35 minutes
