Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425
Step 2
Slice your peppers, onion, and chicken to strips. Put in a mixing bowl

Add oil, juice of 1 line, and seasoning. Mix until well combined
Step 4
Spread out on a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Mix it up half way though
Step 5
With 5 minutes left, wrap your tortillas in foil and bake them for 5 minutes
Step 6
Once done, top however you like! I use Greek yogurt as a sour cream replacement
