These are super simple and super quick to make, with no baking required! 🙌 They taste just like a chocolate Oreo cheesecake, but without the cheesecake texture!

Instructions

Step 1
Line an 8” square pan with parchment paper.

Base

Step 2
Finely crush 1 1/2 cup oreos in a plastic bag and transfer to a small bowl and set ½ cup aside.
Step 3
Add butter to the bowl and combine. Set aside.

Middle

Step 4
Combine the rest of the crushed oreos, cream cheese, and melted chocolate.
Step 5
Cover the bottom of the prepared pan with the oreo/butter base.
Step 6
Pour in the cream cheese oreo mix on top of the base and smooth it out.

Topping

Step 7
Spread 8 broken oreos completely over top.
Step 8
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
