Lamb Shanks, mash and greens

Instructions

Step 1
Brown the shanks using a frying pan and a little olive oil then transfer to a warm camp oven. In the same pan fry off the onion and garlic until lightly caramelised then transfer to the camp oven along with the remaining ingredients and simmer for 4 hours.
Step 2
Take the Shanks out.
Step 3
Thicken the gravy with a corn flour and cold water paste.
Step 4
Serve with mashed potato and peas.
