Instructions
Step 1
Soak lentils and spices in the water for at least 4 hours (if doing overnight cover and keep in fridge)
Step 2
Once soaked blitz the whole bowl/Jug (water and all) into a smooth paste
Step 3
Med hot frying pan with spray of oil and measure out 1/2 cup paste. swirl pan/spread out to make wrap to desired size. these work best at 1 to 2 mm thick
Step 4
Fry on one side until top starts to dry then flip and cook a further 30-60 secs. Be careful when flipping these will be delicate!
Step 5
These should be pliable when warm. If they stiffed up reheat in microwave with a damp paper towel as needed
Step 6
Makes 6-12 wraps/pancakes depending on how large you make them
