Matzo Balls Lyonnaise

This is my favorite way to eat matzah balls. It makes a great side dish. This recipe is so easy to make, especially if you make the matzah balls from a kosher for Passover matzah ball mix! “Best served immediately. Serve as a side dish with chicken or a roast.” ~Norene Gilletz

Instructions

Step 1
Slice matzo balls 1/4” thick with a sharp knife.
Step 2
Insert SLICER blade in food processor. Slice onions using light pressure.
Step 3
Sauté onions in oil on medium heat until golden.
Step 4
Add matzo balls and sprinkle with seasonings.
Step 5
Sauté on both sides about 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.
