Ingredients

¾ cupcoconut sugar
packed
1 teaspoonred food colouring
1 tablespoonflaxseed meal
3 tablespoonsalmond milk
⅓ cupcoconut oil
melted and cooled
1 cupfine blanched almond flour
packed
¼ cupgluten free oat flour
¼ cupvegan choc protein powder
¼ cupcocoa powder
½ teaspoonbaking soda
¼ teaspoonsalt
½ cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
Line two baking trays and preheat oven to 170.
Step 2
In a stand mixer, whisk together the sugar, extract, flaxseed and almond milk.
Step 3
Add in the coconut oil and whisk until creamy.
Step 4
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate.
Step 6
Scoop the dough onto the tray
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden.
Step 8
Cool on a wire rack.
