Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine first 11 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Shape into 8 loaves (roughly 180 grams each).
4. Spray a shallow baking dish with non stick spray.
5. Place loaves in baking dish and bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
6. Spoon ketchup over the loaves and continue to bake an additional 15 minutes.
