Instructions

Step 1
Using 2 spoons, scoop out your Nutella on a plate and freeze it for a couple of hours (even better overnight).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix milk (lukewarm) with sugar, eggs and oil.
Step 3
Add flour little by little along with dry yeast and mix with your hands until smooth.
Step 4
Now, I suggest transferring your dough on a clean surface and keep kneading for at least 10 mins. The more you knead your dough, the softer your Nutella Bombs will turn out once cooked!
Step 5
Place your dough back to your bowl, cover with cling film and rest for 3 hours.
Step 6
After 3 hours, roll out your dough on a clean surface to a thickness of 3cm (1.20 inches) then use a glass to cut it into rounds.
Step 7
Add your frozen Nutella at the centre of each round then use your hands to form a little ball.
Step 8
Place your Nutella Bombs on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper.
Step 9
If you have time I suggest covering your Bombs with cling film and letting them proof for another 30 mins.
Step 10
Bake for about 20 mins (180C/360F).
Step 11
Let your Nutella Bombs cool down 15 mins then cover them with icing sugar. Buon appetito!
