1 tspgarlic powder
6 ozgreen beans
1 tspvegan beef flavored stock powder
dissolved in 1/2 c water

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Step 1
Adjust rack to top position.
Step 2
Stir in garlic powder into softened butter (start with ¼ tsp, then add more from there if desired); add salt/pepper.
Step 3
Toss green beans on baking sheet with lg. drizzle of oil & salt/pepper. Roast (12-15 min.) on top rack until browned & tender. Keep warm.
Step 4
Meanwhile, pat steak dry with paper towels & season all over with salt/pepper. Heat drizzle of oil in lg. pan over med.-high; add steak, cooking (3-6 min. per side) to desired doneness. Remove from heat to cutting board to rest; wash out pan.
Step 5
Rinse shrimp under cold water; pat dry with paper towels; season all over with salt/pepper. MHeat a drizzle of oil in same pan over med. Add shrimp; cook (3-4 min.), stirring occasionally, until opaque & cooked through. Remove from heat to lg. bowl with garlic-herb butter & scallion greens; toss until shrimp are thoroughly coated. Cover to keep warm. Wipe out pan.
Step 6
Melt 1T plain butter in same pan over med. Add scallion whites; cook (1-2 min.), stirring until slightly softened. Add stock concentrates, ¼C water & ½ tsp crushed peppercorns; simmer (2-3 min.) until slightly thickened. Turn off heat; stir in another 1T plain butter until melted. Season with salt & more crushed peppercorns.
Step 7
Spread cut sides of baguette with garlic spread. Toast (3-5 min.) in oven (use baking sheet or place directly on rack) until golden, halve on diagonally.
Step 8
Toss green beans with lemon zest & lemon juice, to taste. Slice steak against grain.
Step 9
Divide garlic bread, green beans, steak, & shrimp between plates. Spoon pan sauce over steak. Serve with any remaining lemon wedges & extra sauce on side.
