Instructions
Step 1
1. First, put the nut fruit (hazelnuts or almonds) in a blender and blend it until it’s completely chopped. Pour hazelnuts/almonds into a bowl, then put the dates you previously cleaned in a blender and add coconut oil and maple syrup. When this mass is combined in a blender, pour it into a bowl with hazelnuts/almonds.
Step 2
2. Depending on which balls you make, add cocoa or coconut flour to the mixture and mix everything well with a spatula. If the mixture is dry, gradually add spoon by spoon of water until you get a compact mass that can be nicely formed into balls.
Step 3
3. Form balls from the obtained mixture with your hands and finally roll them in cocoa or coconut.
Step 4
4. Put the balls in the freezer and leave them there for at least half an hour to set. I also recommend that you store them in the freezer, and take them out of it 10 minutes before serving.
