This healthier lil snack is so quick to whip up and is perfect to pick at over the week for a pick me up.
I love that this trend has had more and more people trying medjool dates. I went through I serious medjool date phase a few years ago where I was literally eating 20 or more a day at uni every day 😂 they were actually amazing for helping me focus because energised from all the natural sugars!
