Instructions
Step 1
Thaw the spinach according to package directions.
Step 2
Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan.
Step 3
Add spinach and milk substitute together. Stir.
Step 4
Add in the wheat starch and mix well.
Step 5
Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir frequently and cook until moisture is absorbed. Let it sit for two minutes.
