This recipe is inspired by a famous shrimp recipe. Even though it’s lower in calories, it still packs tons of flavor!

Ingredients
4 servings
2 lbshrimp
large, peeled and deveined
8 clovesgarlic
0.5white onion
1lemon
70 Glight margarine
salt
pepper
paprika
cayenne pepper

Instructions
Step 1
1. Finely mince the onion and garlic cloves. You can also zest the lemon for extra flavor.
Step 2
2. In a pan over medium heat, melt the margarine and add in the onion and garlic. Once the sides bubble, add in the juice of 1 lemon.

3. Add in peeled, deveined, and clean shrimp. Combine well.
Step 4
4. Add seasonings of choice. My choices are listed above.
Step 5
5. Cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink.
Step 6
6. Serve with your choice of sides. I went with white rice and salad.
Step 7
7. Each bowl will get around 11 large shrimp, 1 C white rice, 1 C salad, and 2 tbsp low calorie dressing.
