Buffalo Chicken Cold Dip with Mozzarella
1 step
Cook:30min
This recipe is the only chicken recipe I can get down… I eat it cold with a slice of mozzarella cheese since I can’t handle the crackers. You can use any vegetable or slice of cheese you prefer.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken broth on high heat, when it begins to boil turn it down to low-medium heat and add the chicken and some salt, simmer for about 25 mins and let the chicken cook. When the chicken cools down, shred it with a fork until it’s in thin pieces. Add the cream cheese, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes in a saucepan until the cream cheese is melted. Place in bowl and let cool. After it starts to cool down, add sour cream and mix. Let it refrigerate and once it’s cold you’re good to go! Eating it cold as a dip will help get rid of the burnt smell Parosmia causes. I use sliced mozzarella from my local deli to dip directly into the Buffalo dip. You can also try other vegetables like celery, for example.
Enjoy and get better soon! Shaya
