1 cwater
2 cupsflour
2 cupssugar
½ cbuttermilk
or 1/2 c mik and 1/2 T vinegar
1 tbaking soda
1 tcinnamon
1 tvanilla
2eggs
beaten
1 dashsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together butter, shortening, cocoa, and water; bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar, which have been sifted together. Mix well. Add buttermilk, soda, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs, and salt and mix well. Bake 20 min at 400 degrees in greased and floured jelly roll pan (10x15). Five min before cake is done prep frosting.
Frosting:
Step 2
Melt butter; add cocoa, vanilla, and milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Mix well. Frost cake while hot.
