Step 1
Make flaky pastry. Blind bake. Toast handful of almond slivers
Step 2
Boil cream with slit vanilla pod, take off heat immediately, allow to cool.
Step 3
Peel and cube pumpkin and then steam until cooked through. Allow to cool
Step 4
Mash pumpkin add all other ingredients. pour onto baked pastry
Step 5
sprinkle almond slivers on cooked pastry. pour mixture on top. Bake for 15 mins at 200C
