Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c / 160c fan / gas 4.

Roughly mash the bananas with the oil in a bowl.
Step 3
Gently fold in the sugar
Step 4
Combine the dry ingredients then fold into the banana mix.
Step 5
Line cupcake tray with cases. This recipe makes 6-8 cupcakes depending on the size of your bananas.
Step 6
Spoon mix into cases until they're 3/4 full, then bake for 25mins or until a skewer comes out clean. They should be a lovely golden brown colour.
Step 7
Allow to cool completely on a wire rack and then dig in!
