Instructions
Step 1
Take a batch of cookie dough and add cocoa powder and black food colouring and mix together until evenly coloured.
Step 2
Mix together the icing sugar, cream cheese and green food colouring until combined.
Step 3
Roll dough into even dough balls and flatten using palms.
Step 4
Cup the flatten cookie dough and fill the centre with a teaspoon of the green cream cheese mixture.
Step 5
Seal the cookie dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 170’c for 12 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before enjoying.
