Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F degrees, spray or line a baking dish with foil.

Step 2
In a small saucepan- add butter, garlic, lemon zest, juice, parsley & seasonings. Cook for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Take off heat & cool slightly.
Step 3
Place lobster tails in baking dish & brush with butter mixture, be generous. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, take out halfway through to butter tails with rest of mixture.

Enjoy with your favorite sides!

How to butterfly lobster- with kitchen scissors, start at the opening & cut a lengthwise slit through the shell, stopping at above the fins. Using fingers, go underneath meat (in between shell) to pull forward in one piece. Place on top of closed shell.
