Step 1
Clean kitchen table and layout wax paper. Use cups to hold down the edges of the wax paper. Into a large saucepan, mix the sugar and cocoa. Add butter and milk. Mix over medium-medium high heat. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. Mix well. Add oatmeal and flaxseed. Mix well. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
