Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2
Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Step 3
Toss with 1/4 cup oil in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Dump potatoes from bowl onto aluminum baking sheet in one layer. Throw into the oven for 30 minutes or until a bit crispy at the edges.
