Ingredients

1 ½ cupsplain whole-milk yogurt
drained overnight in a sieve

¼ cuphoney

2 tablespoonsfresh mint
finely chopped

0.5honeydew melon
small, ripe, halved and seeded

0.5crenshaw melon
small, ripe, or cantaloupe, halved and seeded

1 poundwatermelon
small, seeds removed

fresh mint
for garnish

1 cupfresh blueberries

3 tablespoonswheat germ
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and mint. Set aside.
Step 2
Scoop out the melon flesh and cut it into 1-inch cubes. Combine them in a bowl or on a platter and toss them together very gently until the colors are evenly distributed.
Step 3
Drizzle the dressing back and forth across the fruit in a thin stream. Garnish with sprigs of mint and serve.
