Instructions
Step 1
Prepare cupcakes according to package directions. Let cool completely and cut in half horizontally.
Step 2
Mix together the marshmallow cream, milk and strawberry jam. Fold in the cool whip and strawberries.
Step 3
With an ice cream scoop, scoop the filling in the bottom cupcake. Add the top cupcake and dust with powdered sugar
Step 4
Top with a slice of strawberry for garnish
