Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180c/160C/350F. And line a 8cinch cake pan with baking paper

2. Sift and mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add all the wet and mix until almost combined.
Step 3
3. Add the blueberries and fold until just combined.
Step 4
4. Pour batter into the baking pan and add some blueberries on top. Bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack.
