Instructions
Step 1
• Beat butter sugar vanilla until fluffy (electric beater will help)
Step 2
• Sift flours, fold into mix
Step 3
• Chop/smash/break up the choc (or use choc chips) and fold into mix
Step 4
• Grease a baking sheet or use baking paper
Step 5
• Form into approx 12 balls ,flatten slightly it will be sticky but go with it!
Step 6
• Allow plenty of room to spread
Step 7
• Bake 190c fan oven for 10 mins until lightly brown
Step 8
• Allow to cool 10 min on sheet then tansfer to wire rack
Step 9
• Eat them! or store in a tin
