Great if you're in need of a mid day pick-me-up. These ingredient amounts can be altered to your liking. More or less oats will change the consistency, and so will more or less baking time.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients (make sure bananas are completely mashed/blended). Reserve some pumpkin pie spice and chocolate chips for topping.
Step 2
Spread mixture in a parchment lined pan to make bars, or form cookies on a baking sheet. These will not spead in the oven, so shape cookies as desired before baking.
Step 3
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
Step 4
If making bars, cut in small squares. They will last longer if you store them in the refrigerator.
