Instructions

Step 1
Brown meat in pan and add flour. Remove from pan and brown onion.
Step 2
In a bowl mix curry sauce, coconut cream, brown sugar, fish sauce and stock together.
Step 3
Add all to slow cooker and cover for 8 hours.
Step 4
Serve with rice or mash and yoghurt.
