banana bread

1 cupunsalted butter

2eggs
large

vanilla essence

3bananas
large ripe mashed

1 ½ cupwholemeal plain flour

baking soda

salt
cinnamon sugar topping
Instructions
Step 1
pre-heat oven to 180°C. grease a loaf pan with butter.


Step 2
using a hand mixer, beat together the unsalted butter, caster sugar, eggs and vanilla essence until smooth.





Step 3
mash the bananas in a separate bowl and add to the sugar mixture, mixing until uniformed.




Step 4
fold in the wholemeal plain flour, baking soda and salt into the sugar mixture, stirring until smooth.



Step 5
transfer batter into loaf pan. combine the cinnamon and caster sugar together in a separate dish to form cinnamon sugar topping.



Step 6
bake for 45-50 mins or until golden brown. let cool completely before slicing!
