Instructions

For The Brownie

Step 1
Blitz the nuts to desired size. Finer size if you do not want to see nuts in the brownie. I used a almond, macadamian, cashews and walnuts

Add the cocoa powder, salt and dates to the nuts and blend until it becomes a paste like texture. It shouldn’t be too sticky or dry, resembling the texture of play dough.
Step 3
Place the mixture on a parchment lined tray and press down the mixture to obtain an even flat top.

For The Ganache

Step 4
Melt the coconut oil if needed and add in the cocoa powder, agave or liquid sweetener of your choice and salt.
Step 5
Mix until everything is incorporated and there are no clumps in the ganache.
Step 6
Allow the ganache to cool slightly and pour it over the brownie.
Step 7
Place brownie in fridge for 40 minutes or freezer for 25 minutes until harden and enjoy!
