Instructions
Step 1
Add peanut butter, maple syrup, peanuts and rice cakes to a bowl - mix until well combined. If the mixture feels too sticky, add another rice cake or 2.
Step 2
Roll into balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Step 3
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Place in freezer or fridge until the chocolate is set.
