3 cupsbread flour
1 ½ cupswhite sugar
4 tspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
1 tspcinnamon
⅔ cupcanola oil
2eggs
1 ½ cupmilk
2 tspvanilla extract
2 cupsfresh blueberries
Crumb Topping
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven 400°F and prep a muffin pan
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then make a well and add in wet ingredients, mixing until well combined
Step 3
Gently fold in blueberries
Step 4
In a separate bowl mix together crumb topping, working the mixture together until low de clumps form
Step 5
Pour batter into muffin pan, filling them up to the top. Then sprinkle with crumb mixture (fill empty cups with 1 tbsp of water as muffins tend to burn faster with empty cups)
Step 6
Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
