Preheat the oven to 180C

Melt chocolate with butter then set aside to cool down a bit

Take 2 of 3 eggs and separate yolks from whites

Mix together 2 yolks, 1 egg and sugar, stir well

Add melted chocolate with butter, mix together

Add flour and make a dough

Whip the egg whites well

Combine the dough and egg whites

Take the forms, grease each with butter, blow some cocoa powder to make a super thin layer inside every form

Put the dough into forms. It must be enough for 4 chocolate fondants
